DO YOU OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?
Yes absolutely. We can offer video consultation to discuss/plan any of the projects that you have, and with some projects, we may even be able to quote* after assessing the job via video constultation.
*please note that although video consultation is a useful tool to allow our handymen to assess the work, in some instances, it is still a requirement to carry out a site visit to fully understand what is required.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We can accept most forms of payment, including card payments. Our handy men carry a mobile payment terminal for your convenience, which allows you to make payment with ease. We still also accept cash and bank transfer where required. Unfortunately, we do not accept any form of cheque payments.
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
Although all of our handymen have a typical hourly rate, we are also subjective when it comes to costing up a job, this means that we will assess the work to be done and charge accordingly. We endeavour to carefully project manage the work, so that we aren't incurring any unnecessary hours where possible. Please bear in mind that the hours that are quoted in the initial assessment are always subject to change, and therefore if it is required, a contingency will be added to the initial quote to cover any unforeseen issues that may arise during the job. However, if this contingency isn't used, you won't be charged.
